Join Our Team as the Vice President of Claim Operations

Compensation: $250k - $300k On-Target Earnings
Are you an experienced executive leader? We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our claim operations team. Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence within our claims operations, overseeing adjusting and field claim operations. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring claim performance meets service standards, enhancing employee and network satisfaction, and managing costs effectively against the budget. A key aspect of this role is to cultivate a culture of high accountability within the claims teams.

• Competitive compensation package of $250k - $300k On-Target Earnings (OTE)
• $175k base salary uncapped performance-based bonuses of $30k quarterly target
