Title: Vice President of Claim Operations

Location: Torrance, CA

Compensation: \(250k - \)300k On-Target Earnings

We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to spearhead our claim operations. This pivotal role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is integral in driving operational excellence across our claims processes, including oversight of both adjusting and field claim operations. The Vice President of Claim Operations will be accountable for ensuring that claim performance aligns with our service standards while also enhancing employee and network satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Additionally, this role requires effective management of costs in relation to our budget and the promotion of a robust culture of accountability within the claims teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive management of claims operations, inclusive of adjusting and field claims.
• Ensure performance metrics are met to uphold service standards and improve NPS.
• Manage operational expenditures against the allocated budget.
• Foster a culture of high accountability and engagement within claims teams.
• Conduct regular reporting to the COO regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive compensation structure ranging from \(250k to \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE).
• Base salary of \(175k complemented by performance-driven bonuses targeting \)30k quarterly, uncapped.
• 401k plan with a 10% match, available after one year of service.
• Eligibility for comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, including HSA or FSA options.
• 8 paid company holidays plus a floating holiday after 90 days of employment.
