Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive compensation structure ranging from \(250k to \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE).
- Base salary of \(175k complemented by performance-driven bonuses targeting \)30k quarterly, uncapped.
- 401k plan with a 10% match, available after one year of service.
- Eligibility for comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, including HSA or FSA options.
- 8 paid company holidays plus a floating holiday after 90 days of employment.
- 64 hours of Paid Sick Leave annually.
