Integrity and professionalism are crucial when handling confidential information and interacting with senior professionals. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex schedules and calendars for leaders in different time zones
Prioritize incoming requests with appropriate urgency
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Assist with meeting planning and logistics
Plan departmental meetings and team events
Handle administrative tasks such as filing and research
Maintain effective communication across departments
Who You Are
Minimum 4 years of experience supporting executives in a high-tech or startup environment
Comfortable making quick decisions and maintaining confidentiality
Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Slack, Microsoft Office, and G Suite
Available between 8 am - 3 pm PDT, with flexibility desired
