Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex schedules and calendars for leaders in different time zones
- Prioritize incoming requests with appropriate urgency
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Assist with meeting planning and logistics
- Plan departmental meetings and team events
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and research
- Maintain effective communication across departments
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting executives in a high-tech or startup environment
- Comfortable making quick decisions and maintaining confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Slack, Microsoft Office, and G Suite
- Available between 8 am - 3 pm PDT, with flexibility desired
