Membership Specialist (AUSA National Partner Program)
The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is seeking a talented Membership professional to join our expanding and dynamic Membership operation. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Industry Development, the Membership Specialist will provide professional level support to our National Partner Program.
AUSA National Partners are large and small businesses, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and professional organizations interested in personalized engagement with the Army at the local and national levels. Participation ensures that National Partners of AUSA will remain informed about the Army's plans, programs, and ever-changing acquisition requirements.
Great opportunity to join an experienced Membership team with talented and collegial co-workers including leaders who are willing to train, mentor and help you succeed. AUSA has a 37.5-hour work week with shortened workday on Friday (8am-1:30pm) and hybrid remote work schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote). Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, pressure-filled, deadline-oriented position with minimal supervision. Ability to travel 2-3 times per year is a requirement. Ability to function as part of a team is a must.
