About ABC: The Association to Benefit Children (ABC) is dedicated to ensuring that every child has a joyful, healthy, and safe life through compassionate and innovative programs since 1986. ABC is currently hiring for an infant/toddler teacher at the Graham School at Echo Park (1841 Park Avenue), in an Early Head Start classroom.

Teachers in the Early Head Start program at the Graham School work as a team with children birth-age 3.

Responsibilities of the teacher include:

• Lesson planning, conducting assessment, and curriculum implementation
• Maintaining a safe, organized learning environment
• Maintaining accurate and timely classroom records/documentation

Qualifications of the teacher:

• A minimum of an infant/toddler CDA (Child Development Associate) OR AA in ECE
• Experience working with children ages 0-3
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Being joyous with children and maintaining high standards, non-negotiable.
