Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Overview:

Join our Durance Medical Equipment / Supply growing team as a Customer Service Rep/ Billing Entry Rep where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship with our existing hospital contracts. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish, possesses excellent communication skills, and excels in providing top-notch service to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with Hospital Reps and Case Mangers daily to ensure DME Delivery

- Provide assistance and resolve inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently verify insurance benefits

- Analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions

- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products or services

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times

- Collaborate with delivery drivers and schedule daily deliveries.

Skills:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements

- Ability to upsell products or services effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Multilingual capabilities are a plus

- Proficient in data entry tasks

- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with great customer service

-Durable Medical Supply exprience is a plus (DME /Medical Supply)
