General Responsibilities:
As an Associate I perform a wide range of duties including working with participants in completing enrollment paperwork, answering questions about HR documents and Vendor applications via the phone and/or email. The Associate I position requires independent judgement in the preparation and process of fiscal activities and other transactions for ensuring compliance with federal, state, waiver, and funding agency guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enters Human Resources and Vendor documents into system efficiently and timely.
  • Reviews all documents for completeness and accuracy and obtains missing information via phone or email, when applicable
  • Communicates with Case Managers, MCO’s and funding agencies.
  • Emails, mail, and phone calls – Read prioritize and summarize.
  • Compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
  • Unemployment and Garnishments for PCW
  • Update of direct deposit and address information for PCW’s
  • Serves as a backup on phones during peak times to ensure service levels are being met, if needed
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel  General math, clerical, data entry, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
  • Work independently, with limited direction, and excellent time management skills.
  • Manage multiple projects and work assignments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Gmail.

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-first mentality with the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels
