Main Line Fertility is actively seeking Third-Party Reproductive Care Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals! The ideal candidate will possess administrative experience in a clinical care setting and the ability to communicate compassionately in building relationships with our patients.

This position is responsible for oversight of Donor Egg/Egg Preservation. This position is full time, working Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Third-Party Reproductive Care Coordinator provides administrative and practical support to Main Line Fertility patients participating in the third-party program (TPR). This includes preparing and guiding prospective parents through planning and execution of fertility treatment by providing information regarding each clinical aspect of the treatment cycle, as determined by physician. The TPR Coordinator works in a collaborative relationship with physicians, the clinical department and all members of the Main Line team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares patients for entry into the TPR program by providing information regarding each aspect of the applicable cycle type
  • Once intended parents are matched with ovum donor or gestational carrier, acts as the main point of contact for intended parents up through the time patient is started on medications.
  • Works with patient to ensure recipient checklist is complete.
  • Works with embryology team to coordinate parts of the treatment plan.
  • After cycle is complete, completes necessary paperwork / outcome tracking.
  • Obtains prior authorizations as needed.
  • Prior experience in IVF, specifically Third-Party Reproduction highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with the care team, other Main Line Fertility employees and outside contract providers.
  • Communicate with patients in timely and professional manner.
  • Effectively prioritize competing responsibilities, with attentiveness toward matters which are time-sensitive.
  • Engage in discussion with clients about sensitive and personal topics with tact and without judgment and able to deal effectively with emotional patients.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology specific to fertility medicine, or the ability to obtain this competency within three months of hire.
  • Ability to work within the clinic hours and adhere to the Company’s attendance expectations due to time-sensitive patient needs, the specialized nature of the position and the limited number of staff.
  • Ability to use telephone, keyboard, computer and office equipment and software programs.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • RN, BSN is preferred
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare setting; five year's work experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Prior experience in IVF, specifically Third Party Reproduction highly preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong empathy and communication skills: active listening, emotional intelligence, open-minded
  • Possess discerning judgement and integrity
  • Discrete and maintains highest degree of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new terminology and technology (EMR, CRM, databases, online platforms, etc.)
