We are searching for a highly skilled, diligent Residential House Cleaners who takes admiration in their work. Residential House Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the household. You should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, occasional washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces, with the knowledge on how to use the proper products on its set surfaces. You should also be proficient in making beds, polishing appliances & faucets, as well as managing a clean cleaning kit.

To be successful as a residential cleaner, you should have great stamina, a positive attitude, and dedication to excellence. Top-notch candidates should display strength, efficiency, and respect for the home.

Residential House Cleaner Responsibilities Are, but Not Limited To:

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, windows, walls and counters.

• Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.

• Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.

• Liaising with the manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.

• Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.

• Informing the manager of any repairs or discrepancies in the home at the time of cleaning.

• Conduct proper Before & After pictures at each job.

Residential Cleaner Requirements:

• High School diploma or similar.

• Relevant certification or license may be required.

• Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.

• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.

• Polite disposition.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

• Have reliable transportation
