As we ramp up our marketing efforts, we need a Senior Brand Designer to conceptualize and execute campaigns while maintaining a high bar for brand consistency and visual polish.

You will…

🎨 Deep understanding of typography, color theory, grids and more.

🤝 Hands-on design of marketing assets with pixel-perfect precision.

🔒 Act as brand guardian and the final seal approval for all customer-facing assets produced by other design team members, ensuring that guidelines and quality standards are followed consistently.

🛠 Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritize and complete tasks with minimal oversight

⭐️ Contribute to the development of Assured’s brand identity by helping to maintain and organize our design system and asset library.

You have…

💼 5 yrs experience in brand and visual design for cutting-edge technology products, with a varied and polished portfolio to show for it.

🏠 A strong storyteller, experienced with creating presentation design. Ability to create 2D or 3D illustration or edit copy is a plus.

⚙️ Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Powerpoint.

🗣 Strong cross-functional communication skills, with an ability to quickly translate briefs from non-design stakeholders in sales, finance and product into compelling mockups and visual concepts, and the ability to justify and explain design choices back to those same stakeholders.

😌 A diplomatic and calm approach to giving constructive practical feedback to other designers and stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $140K - $160K
