As a member of Bond Benefits Consulting, you will work closely with a dedicated group of benefit professionals. What You'll Do

• Provide sales support to the Sr. Marketplace Advocate for all new individual policies provided through the New York State of Health (NYSOH)
• Assist in managing the renewal process with private insurance carriers or through the NYSOH
• Prepare illustrations and materials for individual insurance product lines
• Educate and provide guidance to clients by referencing all services provided by the agency
• Provide consistent phone coverage to ensure timely assistance to our clients, carriers, agents, and vendors
• Complete consumer intake requests for the New York State of Health individual medical coverage
• Serve as a liason between the client, the insurance carriers, and sales team
• Work closely with clients to guide and advise in benefit plan offerings through NYSOH

What You'll Need

• Life & Health license required
• 3 years of customer service experience
• An understanding of individual benefit plan design
• Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software
