• Complete on-line data entry and issuance of new and renewal policies and endorsements using automated systems.
• Distribute new and renewal policies and endorsements via email.
• Achieve and maintain proficiency with on-line systems and individual carrier websites.
• Meet or exceed policy issuance and endorsement processing standards.
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain workflow within company standards.
• Understand and adhere to state tax requirements.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of the insurance industry through continuing education, self- study, and seminar attendance.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of insurance related experience preferred.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Tech savvy; must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite; agency management system experience, preferred.
• Multitasking/organizational/time-management skills.
