- Complete on-line data entry and issuance of new and renewal policies and endorsements using automated systems.
- Distribute new and renewal policies and endorsements via email.
- Achieve and maintain proficiency with on-line systems and individual carrier websites.
- Meet or exceed policy issuance and endorsement processing standards.
- Provide high level of customer service and maintain workflow within company standards.
- Understand and adhere to state tax requirements.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the insurance industry through continuing education, self- study, and seminar attendance.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year of insurance related experience preferred.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- Tech savvy; must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite; agency management system experience, preferred.
- Multitasking/organizational/time-management skills.
