We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our investment team as a Temporary Entry-Level Financial Analyst. In this role, you will support the investment department by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with investment analysis and portfolio management. The Ideal Candidate
- You have strong critical thinking skills and focus on accuracy.
- You enjoy supporting a team and have strong customer service skills.
- You have great communication skills (verbal & written).
What You'll Do
- Assist client service managers, including account opening, maintenance, and documentation.
- Coordinate client meetings and appointments, prepare meeting materials and ensuring all necessary documents are available.
- Assist with financial transactions, including processing payments, transfers, and withdrawals, and reconciling account balances.
- Maintain accurate records and files, organizing documents and data in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, providing administrative support and coordinating activities as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial services, participating in training and professional development opportunities as appropriate.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in financial services, administrative support, or a related field .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with plan participants, colleagues, and external service providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
