Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our investment team as a Temporary Entry-Level Financial Analyst. In this role, you will support the investment department by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with investment analysis and portfolio management. Assist client service managers, including account opening, maintenance, and documentation.
Coordinate client meetings and appointments, prepare meeting materials and ensuring all necessary documents are available.
Assist with financial transactions, including processing payments, transfers, and withdrawals, and reconciling account balances.
Maintain accurate records and files, organizing documents and data in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, providing administrative support and coordinating activities as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial services, participating in training and professional development opportunities as appropriate.

What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
0-2 years of experience in financial services, administrative support, or a related field .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with plan participants, colleagues, and external service providers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
