Our first pillar involves developing a cutting-edge SaaS product designed to streamline and expedite the certification process for Cyber Security Management Systems (CSMS) and Software Update Management Systems (SUMS). Beyond facilitating the optimized execution of all relevant processes, our product will also empower our clients to assume full responsibility, gain invaluable awareness, know-how, and experience in-house.

Complementing this, our second pillar consists of a team of seasoned consultants dedicated to assisting clients in establishing robust CSMS and SUMS frameworks, ensuring that their automotive products adhere to the highest cyber security standards.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can demonstrate structured, self-organized, and responsible work habits. The ideal candidate should possess experience in automotive cybersecurity, including a proven track record of building and executing processes in accordance with UN ECE R155 and R156 regulations. Additionally, passion and enthusiasm about contributing to the design of our SaaS product is desired.

Position Overview

• Innovate and shape processes according to our joint vision, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions for our clients.
• Develop and implement scalable Automotive Cyber Security Processes tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
• Provide consultancy services to R&D teams, guiding them in the secure development of automotive products.
• Manage projects effectively and execute tasks in a self-organized manner to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage and empower various stakeholders within client organizations, from C-Level executives to developers, to embrace and implement integrated processes effectively.
• Contribute your expertise and innovative ideas to enhance the design and functionality of our SaaS product.

Qualification

• A highly motivated, structured, and self-organized individual.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical field, although not mandatory.
• Prior experience in Automotive Cyber Security is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of UN ECE R155, UN ECE R156, ISO 21434, and ISO 24089 standards.
• Fluency in business English is a must, German is a big plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers at a high level.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.

Work Location

Candidates have the flexibility to work either at the Berlin headquarters, in Munich, or remotely from home with monthly attendance at the Berlin headquarters.
