Oracle EBS Financials with Supply Chain Management - Techno-Functional Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key liaison between the finance and supply chain teams, leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise.
• Analyze business processes and requirements, providing techno-functional support for financial and supply chain modules.
• Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS Financials and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Conduct system testing, identify issues, and work with the IT team to implement effective resolutions.
• Develop and deliver end-user training programs for Oracle EBS modules.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration with existing business processes.
• Provide ongoing support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency.
• Stay current on Oracle EBS releases, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a techno-functional analyst specializing in Oracle EBS Financials and Supply Chain Management.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials modules (AP, AR, GL) and Supply Chain Management modules (OM, INV, PO).
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance and supply chain.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS configurations, customization, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
