Aster Hall is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full TimeFood Runner to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications:
1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, full service restaurant.
Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.
Assist Chefs and BOH team with plate organization and garnishes according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index; work with FOH and BOH team members to ensure a smooth, efficient service.
Run food to the proper tables or bar seats, ensuring safe food handling and that each dish has the correct elements, always placing food at the correct seat number/position in a friendly, engaging way and according to Hogsalt standards.
Assist with takeout & delivery service including accepting orders, packaging food to go, and interacting with third party couriers.
Anticipate the needs of guests and provide consistent, genuine, and generous service.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the food runner station throughout service.
Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible; communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, properly labeling any leftover food products, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed.
