Job Description:

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is a rapidly growing organization that is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! Roles and Responsibilities:

• · Supervision of mid-level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists
• · Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• · Provide clinical supervision of ABA treatment programs (e.g., treatment design/modification, ongoing analyses, ensuring treatment fidelity, etc.).
• · Provide training/consultation/support for direct interventionist staff
• · Complete or support in the completion of progress reports
• · Conduct caregiver education and training
• · Attend monthly clinical team and professional development meetings
• · Timely submission of billing requirements, clinical notes, reports, and other materials
• · Conduct quality assurance checks and address clinical concerns as needed.
• · Maintain consistent and reliable communication with all team members

Qualifications:

• · Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
• · Active BCBA certification, in good standing (if you are pursuing to become a BCBA, you are welcome to apply)
• · Master’s degree in psychology or in a related field (e.g., Child Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
• · Previous clinical experience within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• · Previous experience working with software platforms for data collection, program development, and report writing requirements
• · Ability to pass a background check
• · TB clearance.
• · Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• · Excellent written, oral, and intrapersonal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
