JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Client Support/Service Manager. The role involves being the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, discussing landscaping needs, project details, terms of cooperation, and providing exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls from clients and provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance

• Engage in professional dialogue with clients to understand their landscaping requirements and project details

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project specifications

• Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups as needed

• Continuously update knowledge of landscape design trends and industry best practices

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Background: Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Landscape Design or a related field. Knowledge of project documentation and familiarity with the formation and management of landscape projects are essential.

Fluent in spoken and written American English with strong grammar skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct professional dialogues with clients

• Proven experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred

• Interest and desire to develop in the field of landscape design and gain professional experience

• Ability to work efficiently on the phone and be available during regular working hours

• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
