Position Title: Entry Level Accounting Specialist

Pay: $20-$22/hr.

Location: Cranford, NJ – Hybrid!

This is a great opportunity for a candidate to get their career started within the accounting field. Qualified candidates must have a bachelors degree in accounting or finance as well as strong Excel skills!

This position is hybrid, candidates must be commutable to their office 1-2 times a week in Cranford, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

• Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances
• Create regular reports to accurately track financial information
• Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents
• Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies
• Engage in collection management processes as necessary
