Job Title : Accounts Receivable Representative
Job Description
- Receive collections from a portfolio list assigned.
- Account reconciliation within those portfolio accounts.
- Resolve disputes and figure out plans to facilitate payments.
- Track customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights.
- Review accounts for releasing lien rights.
- Assist with payment application as needed.
- Make outbound and answer inbound calls to / from customers.
- Perform other duties, tasks, and / or projects as assigned.
Hard Skills
- Experience handling B2B collections
- Managing portfolios of people
- Knowledge of construction preliminary notices, liens, and releases preferred
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is an on-site position in Tempe, Arizona, offering a hybrid schedule after the training period.
