Our client a software development company located in Reno, NV is currently looking for an admin assistant to join their team and help in the following areas:
System Navigation
Learn policies and procedures
Customer service, inbound and outbound phones, chat and email etiquette
Learn collection process
Maintain QA/Monitor score range of 60-80% average
Solid understanding and navigation of each internal system
Time tracking, attendance, phone and internet polices
Accurately and completely process security limit increase requests end to end using SOPs housed in WIKI
Maintain daily work queue, following outlined details in the WIKI SOPs
Clearly communicates expectations and next steps to customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism
Ability to identify and navigate each of the following systems based on work processes: Quickbase, CS Server, Sentinel, PSP, WIKI, Experian, Outlook, Clack, CCP & ININ.
Ability to accurately use ININ to track time daily with predefined statuss
Ability to self-start, daily tasks by using SOPs in WIKI, ensuring SLAs are met for each job task
Competently use CCP to receive and make phone calls
Ability to follow SOPs in the WIKI, and asking questions for clarification to ensure QA metrics are being met and maintained.
