Job Title: AP/AR Specialist

Job Description

Seeking a skilled AP/AR Specialist to manage and oversee daily accounts payable and receivable transactions, including banking activities such as wire transfers, ACH payments, and check processing. The role entails substantial responsibility in managing cash flows, posting entries, and ensuring accuracy in matching entries with received goods for closure. On the accounts receivable side, the focus will be on cash management, generating invoices for shipments, sending them to customers, and following up for payments. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle a volume of 10-15 AP transactions and 15 AR transactions per day, with occasional increases in workload.
