Aston Carter is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Warranty Division for a National HVAC Provider in Northern, VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Overview:
The Customer Service Representative works within the Warranty Division to assist customers and clients with inquiries regarding their home's warranties. Clients and customers are not the homeowners, but rather, the builders that have opted for warranty with the company.
This Customer Service Representative may be reached out to by a builder with a work order for repair. They will need to then dispatch the appropriate technician in the appropriate territory to go and complete the work. This will involve scheduling. Additionally, they will need to make sure all callers are forwarded to the right department and they will also be reviewing the hours of the techs to make sure that match internally.
