• Excel knowledge and experience
• Data knowledge and experience
• Ability to read utility websites
• Read / understands utility bills
• Credit and a rebill, the bill might be too high and need to question why?
• Common area bills
• Data entry, sara handles the formatting
• Knows how to navigate

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• 2 years of data entry / billing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
