Description:

Audit invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Demonstrate a responsive attitude by researching and responding to client and corporate inquiries promptly.

Efficiently handle credit card payments and credits, showcasing knowledge of financial transactions.

Proactively adjust client accounts as needed and resolve any payment discrepancies.

Apply persistence and attention to detail to ensure timely & accurate payment application.

Execute invoice billing, showcasing attention to detail.

Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing willingness to contribute to overall Team Success.

Qualifications:

1-3 years working in accounting

Curious, inquisitive, if it doesnt make sense, look into it and be proactive and dig into the details.

Self directed ability- the drive to start a successful career, learn and grow

Understand and like working with numbers

Customer service focused- handling tough situations.
