Duties
- Process incoming accounts receivable payments
- Process vendor payments and vouchering
- Process weekly payroll On Tuesdays through ADP
- Daily reporting on cash position and sales volume
- Reconciliation of credit card
- Daily reconciliation of bank balance
- Prepare documentation for External Auditors
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and file sales/use tax returns.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be capable of independent work.
