Aston Carter is Hiring an Experience Tax Associate Near Oswego, OR
Must Have
2-5 years of Public Accounting experience
CPA or CPA Eligible
Experienced in corporate tax prep/planning and initiative to gain experience with tax returns
Experience with Tax/Audit software
Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft software applications
Must be in geographic region for occasional in-office meetings if needed
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Applicable or equitable amount of total experience
Job Description
Prepare complex multi-state business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns
Provide timely and high-quality services exceeding client expectations
Identify additional areas of service and planning opportunities
Research and develop tax planning strategies
Pursue new business development
Maintain relationships with key business contacts and clients
Develop skills for reviewing tax returns
After Going Direct**Bonuses every July based on BOTH individual and company performance, Can range from $2k- $10k** **Annual Raises every year (beginning of every year) - This varies completely based on individual and company performance**
Based upon experience and/or obtain their CPA prior to January or July - they could be promoted into a Sr Tax Auditor (that title has an increase in pay anywhere between 80-85k
Will pay/reimburse employees for the CPA exam (if passed) and will help them reactive an expired CPA. They will also pay for studying material.
