REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 years of public accounting experience in Big 4 or Big 6 accounting firm working with publicly traded companies
• CPA is REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 10-K and 10-Q disclosures, with ownership of filings
• Analyze data from multiple sources to ensure disclosures are complete and accurate
• Review supporting documentation for reasonableness and accuracy
• Prepare and analyze internal quarterly reporting for C-suite executives
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and analyses throughout the year
• Develop disclosures and related processes for technical accounting matters
• Prepare monthly share count and earnings per share reconciliations
• Prepare periodic sustainability deliverables, including external disclosures
• Consolidate monthly subsidiary submissions of revenue and accounts receivable
• Provide support for Investor Relations, Treasury, and Board of Director reporting
• Participate in ERP consolidation system testing, report development, and implementation
• Contribute to annual industry and other reporting surveys

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of professional experience
• Public company and big 4 experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in technical and system skills
