HR Assistant II (Benefits)
Job Description
Join the My HR Live Support (MHLS) Benefits team and help make a difference for all employees! As an HR Assistant II, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing holistic case management services across financial, health, and internal review sectors to comply with benefit plans.
This role requires you to utilize critical thinking and fact-finding skills to support the entire benefits process, from intake to case management support.
You will take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each case is handled with a high degree of problem-solving and a customer-focused approach.
Manage your workload to meet SLAs and productivity goals, effectively resolving inquiries by referring to documentation or escalating complex issues.
Collaborate with partner teams on process changes to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies.
