Job Title : Leasing Consultant

Job Description

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the front line of customer service for current and prospective residents. You will work with the Community Manager for the resident relations initiative.

This person will also perform administrative duties. Daily duties include providing customer service to current and prospective residents, leasing apartments, administering work orders and turnovers, maintaining organization of office spaces, and using Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks.

You will also update the company website and social media sites with online advertising, stay current on market conditions, and comply with Fair Housing laws.

You will manage your own time by prioritizing tasks and meeting leasing quotas while maintaining confidential information.

This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon.

Work Environment

Training at other facilities in NW Portland before being permanently at Happy Valley location. Working in an office and walking around facilities to provide tours.
