We are seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations team by accurately entering orders into our system and performing other administrative tasks.
Description:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Perform other administrative tasks
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm minimum
Strong phone skills
