Job Title : Program Monitor

LOCATION : Hartford, CT

SALARY : $44,000-$63,000 Annually

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be integral to our team, ensuring compliance with agency standards, funder regulations, and accrediting body regulations.

This full-time position involves monitoring and auditing programs and processes, assisting with funding and government regulations, and coordinating programs for monitoring evaluations and audits.

You will conduct routine internal audits, work with agency leadership to improve internal controls, and provide technical and administrative support.

The role includes conducting audits of case management systems, implementing corrective action plans, and assisting in the development of policies and procedures.

Flexible work hours may include evenings and weekends as necessary.
