Job Title: Project/Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

As a Connections Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing internal communications and engagements. Your main responsibilities will include preparing the Connections newsletter, developing content in collaboration with media and partnership teams, and maintaining a consistent communication schedule. You will also develop and facilitate our quarterly webinars, ensuring they are informative and engaging. Additionally, you will manage the Connections site, keeping it up-to-date and troubleshooting any issues. A significant part of your role will involve leading the pilot implementation of a new ticket management platform, coordinating with regional teams, and providing necessary training and support.
