Globally recognized Fortune 5 eCommerce company is currently hiring for an Accommodations Consultant / Specialist that will support current internal employees who are out of leave to return back to work.
This team builds a best-in-class professional services program to deliver leave of absence, disability, and accommodation services to employees.
The Accommodation Consultant / Specialist will work directly with employees in providing ADA Accommodations. The consultant / specialist will be the primary contact for employees as they proceed through the accommodation process.
This role expects exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills, and a customer service focus that employees expect.
