Job Title: Project Accountant

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Project Accountant to perform general cost accounting and manage related duties within our dynamic team. Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements. The role involves maintaining the general ledger, coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciling accounts, and closing monthly books. Additionally, the Project Accountant will reconcile bank accounts, manage accounts receivable collections, verify payments of invoices, and assist with annual audits. The successful candidate will also file tax forms and coordinate with software vendors to maintain and enhance accounting systems, besides managing purchasing and invoicing systems.
