Duties and Responsibilities :

• Waiting on residents in a counter top setting. Prepare and serve salads, hot and cold sandwiches, serve pizza and soup all in a quick serve Bistro setting /
• Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods to our standardized recipes;
• Opening stocking and prepping tasks in addition to cleaning and closing responsibilities.
• Keeping Bistro area including prep and sitting area throughout shift

Qualifications :

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have current food handlers certificate or willing to obtain one with in 2 weeks of hire
• Previous counter service / sandwich making experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work weekends
