Position Overview:

We are seeking an engagement manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work as part of our agile development team, supporting the development of custom decision intelligence solutions. You will be accountable for managing and executing the successful delivery of our data-driven solutions. As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities to broaden your role and responsibilities to further your personal and professional development.

This position is contract-to-hire, with an equivalent annual base salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and execute the delivery of our services to the highest standards of quality

• Effectively communicate between internal and external stakeholders, technical and non-technical

• Forge, manage, and further client relationships

• Create, solidify, and document internal processes and systems

• Thrive in flexible roles with the ability to innovate in the marketplace

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree

• 3 years' experience in data & analytics project management roles

• 1 years' experience with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau is preferred

• Experience working in agile and hybrid development environments

• 1 years’ experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS

• Experience with project management software

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Located in or near Raleigh, NC with the ability to attend in-person team activities from time to time
