- Effectively organizeprojects andtasks based on priority to helpmeetexpectationsand deadlines ofprojects
- Assistin maintaining the grounds,all facilities, and equipment.
- Assistintheday-to-dayactivitiesoftheBusiness Services & Facilities departmentinasafeandefficientmannerinaccordance withcompanypolicyandprocedures,current federal,state,and localstandards,guidelinesand regulations governingthefacilities.
- Performavarietyoffacilitymaintenancetasksinvolvingsomeorallofthefollowingskilltrades:plumbing, electrical,carpentry, HVAC, painting, andpreventative maintenancescheduling.
- Install, repair,andmaintainlavatories, sinks,toilets, urinals, washbasins, drains, gasandelectric heaters/water heaters, waterfilters, waterpumps, boilers, HVACunits, watervalves, drinkingfountains,and otherplumbing systems.
- Performelectricalrepairsuch asinstallinglightfixtures, lighttubes, outlets, switches, and ballasts.
- Performsmaintenance on electrical, heating,airconditioning,motorizedequipment, generators,and building alarm/buildingmanagementsystems.
- Respondto and complete applicable Facilitiestickets/requests
- Maintain equipmentlists,maintenance schedules, andoperationschecklists/proceduresasdirected
- PerformanyothergeneralFacilitiesmaintenance functions
- Performotherjob-related dutiesas assigned bysupervisor
- Travelto offices in Alhambra and Monterey Park
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned by themanager/supervisor
- You feel comfortable lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
