Job Title: Receptionist
Department: Marketing - APC
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated receptionist to be stationed and available to assist members at our designated medical center.
What You'll Do:

• Greet and navigate members entering the medical center to ensure member satisfaction
• Manage phone system by addressing callers' inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve members' inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and schedule member's appointments as indicated on plan of care.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments to generate authorization to members.
• Identify and engage to potential members about our services to drive membership growth.
• Work closely with broker relations and provider relations team on membership growth initiatives.
• Support marketing team with any members outreach projects.
• Assist in making outbound calls for members' outreach.
• Handle filing and data entry as assigned.
• Highly motivated and possess strong communication skills
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher learning required.
• 1 year experience in customer service/ member service required.
• Bilingual: Chinese/English is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to express clearly and concisely.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook etc.)

• Experience in a managed care setting or medical clinic is strongly preferred.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position is in office. The office is located at 101 Wheeler Ave., Arcadia, CA 91006.
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
