Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Department: Federal Division

Job Summary: The Electrical Engineer in the Federal Division will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components for various federal projects. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within federal regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

• Design electrical systems and components for federal projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Develop detailed electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Perform simulations and tests to validate designs.

1. Project Management:

• Lead electrical engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and federal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

1. Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with federal regulations, codes, and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest federal guidelines and industry best practices.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance.

1. Technical Support:

• Provide technical support and guidance to federal agencies and contractors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Participate in peer reviews and technical evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
