**Job opportunity at major medical device company! Our client is looking for a Conversion Operator to join their ever growing team.**

**Location:** St. Paul, MN

**Pay:** $22-$32/hr, depending on experience

**Shift:** 1st and 2nd Shifts Available, weekend shifts as well.

**Responsibilities:**

Leading a team of associates that may be assigned to your press to ensure that they are inspecting, catching, stacking, bagging etc. to meet the requirements of specific project you are running.

Evaluating the team and making adjustments to what they are doing to efficiently process product on press.

Communicate rate deficiencies to management per prescribed procedures.

Perform quality inspections per Quality Department procedures and Engineering work instructions and document results.

Accurate entries in the computer time clock system.

Accurate documentation of inspection.

Responsible for escalating issues to the technical lead, lead or advisor if associates assigned to your project are not performing the duties you have assigned.

Responsible for escalating when material usage or time allotted for set up are being exceeded.

**Requirements:**

High School education or equivalent

1 or more years Rotary Press experience and or technical training from accredited trade school.

Able to accurately understand and interpret basic prints.

Proficient PC skills, Microsoft office products.

Medical manufacturing experience a plus.

Lean manufacturing experience a plus to include 5s, S.M.E.D., continuous improvement.
