Overview:Our client is seeking a skilled Solid State NMR Spectroscopist to join our Material and Analytical Sciences (MAS) team. This role offers an opportunity to enhance your scientific expertise while working with advanced equipment in the drug development process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct solid-state NMR spectroscopy to acquire and interpret 1D and 2D data for molecular structure elucidation.
• Characterize pharmaceutical materials, including APIs and drug products, through NMR techniques.
• Employ quantitative ssNMR methods to analyze components in various materials.
• Utilize molecular modeling and predictive tools to perform 3D structural evaluations.
• Plan and execute experiments with minimal supervision and ensure proper data management.
• Stay updated on scientific literature to inform experimental design and implementation.
• Write detailed protocols and technical reports, presenting findings in internal meetings.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Organic Chemistry or 1-3 years experience working as a NMR Scientist.
• Strong background in solid-state NMR spectroscopy and structural chemistry.
• Experience with molecular modeling and characterization of diverse materials.
