Seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for our client - a global pharmaceutical powerhouse
Type: Contract
Pay: 38-39/hr
Shift: 8-5, M-F
Job Description:
- Support manufacturing operations by reviewing and approving qualification activities, change controls, batch records, and other quality-related documentation.
- Audit classified (Grades A/B/C) areas, including becoming certified for Grade A/B gowning, to ensure compliance with cGMPs and Health Authority regulations.
- Perform quarantine functions and accountability reviews as needed to maintain product quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and resolve quality and production-related issues.
- Author, review, and approve methods, procedures, and protocols while adhering to site safety requirements and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Health Science, Engineering, or related discipline with 1-3 years of industry experience.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Preferred experience in supporting aseptic operations or sterile product, Quality Assurance/Engineering, technical roles, or regulatory/inspection roles within the food or pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience in project management, process data analysis, Lean Six Sigma Certification, and familiarity with SAP, MEDS, or similar systems is advantageous.
