ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Account Manager at Astronaut Monastery, you will play a pivotal role on our client service team, reporting directly to the Account Director. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day account service, collaboration with the Design team, and seamless management of client deliverables. This role demands proactive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to stay extremely organized in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management 

• Keep both external and internal stakeholders on task with well-documented processes and project briefs.
• Craft realistic project timelines, ensuring work aligns with client objectives and internal team bandwidth.
• Provide quality control on creative deliverables and constructive feedback that aligns with client requirements.

Proactively address client issues independently and bring them to swift resolution.

Client Service

• Serve as the first line of defense between client and team.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business, providing strategic direction to creative teams.
• Keep leadership informed on project and client health, identifying challenges and growth opportunities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• You’re willing to work hard with us. We care deeply about Astronaut Monastery’s mission and believe that making our goal a reality requires an immense amount of hard work and determination.
• 2-3 years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects end-to-end.
• Located in the NYC area or willingness to relocate and work in-person 3x/week (mandatory).
