We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure smooth operation of phone systems and other communication channels
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Oversee night audit procedures for accurate accounting practices
- Maintain high standards of quality and service to enhance guest satisfaction

- Proficiency in hotel management practices and procedures
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Experience:

• Hotel management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cedar Rapids, IA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
