Applications System Architect
Job description:
- The primary purpose of this position is to work in partnership with external partners and stakeholders, including but not limited to NC HealthConnex participants and client representatives, to work collaboratively to develop and implement quality services to improve population health outcomes in the state of North Carolina.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Healthcare IT Highly desired 5 Years
- Ability to create and maintain SQL queries, BI dashboards, JIRA, Microsoft office documents (ex. SP, Project. Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) Required 5 Years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Required 5 Years
- Knowledge of clinical standardized code systems such as CPT, LOINC, and ICD-10 Highly desired 5 Years
- Knowledge of HIPAA and health care regulatory compliance Required 5 Years
- Experience with clinical data ETL techniques, data verification, data quality management, and validation Highly desired 5 Years
- Experience with analyzing and documenting processes and requirement specifications and developing clinical workflows Highly desired 5 Years
- Strong business analysis skills and research capabilities Required 5 Years
- Knowledge of relational databases in a client server environment Required 5 Years
- Strong understanding of NC Medicaid goals, NC HIEA mission and vision, state and federal policies, and data governance Highly desired 3 Years

Pay: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour
