aSure Wound Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in the US Midwest and requires previous experience in sales and business development. Experience working in nursing homes or long-term care facilities is preferred. Base salary plus commission Shift: Monday - Friday Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and business development in the long-term care industry
Strong communication and time management skills, ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients
Cold call potential customer leads and coordinate sales efforts with team members
Develop and maintain client relationships
Attend trade show conferences as needed
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Drive the end-to-end sales process
Prepare and submit sales contracts
Continuously improve service and performance through feedback
