Ongoing customer contact to ensure that the correct information is received and then translated so that the fabrication team will be successful in the build
Preparing work instructions to build fabrications that include burning, forming, welding, and machining
This person will need to be the main point of contact for the customer
Expediting jobs through the build process
Reviewing and understanding code requirements such as AWS
Maintain sales orders and jobs in ERP System (Epicor)
What You Should Bring To This Role
Minimum of an Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred)
Working knowledge of ASME preferred
Time management skills – fixed deadlines on multiple projects
Experienced in reading and analyzing drawings, technical documents and specifications.
Background in fabrication and welding required, preferably with medium to large weldments in a job shop type environment.
Experience in machining preferred.
Experience in the application and utilization of ERP systems or other computer systems used to manage projects
