The Goals and Challenges of this Role:
Gather receiving inspection documentation from various Business Units and perform validation activities (review test reports, C of Cs, and inspection records, and sign off on receiving inspection reports for the validation activities). Scan the validation records into ERP system and return paper records to Operations.
Track nonconformances and organize nonconformance notifications/reports generated by ERP system and send to the applicable Program Managers for disposition.
Record dispositions in ERP system, close out nonconformances and NCRS, and scan associated records into ERP system.
Gather measuring and test equipment requiring calibration and help administrate corresponding documents and records (data for POs to calibration labs where applicable, calibration certificates, etc.).
Aid with administration of supplier approvals (Supplier Quality Surveys, Approved Suppliers List, etc.).
Gather data for quality metrics and generate associate charts and tables.
Help with finalizing quality and standard operating procedures into final format and corresponding distribution on SharePoint.
What You Should Bring to this Role:
Minimum of an Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred)
2 years of experience working in a Quality System (i.e. ISO / ASME)
Experienced in reading and analyzing drawings, technical documents and specifications
